OPERE Project is part of the European Life programme and it is attached to the “Centro Singular de Investigación en Tecnoloxías da Información” (CITIUS), which Juan Arias Rodríguez, the main researcher, belongs to. The Center EnergyLab became technology partner thanks to University of Santiago due to its energetic and efficient experience.
